Don't you think that if interactive tv sports is a hit in Britain and gets good press it would be good for ACTV. That those in the know would make a connection.

Those "in the know" have already bought what stock they are going to buy. Just the other day on this thread someone wondered why people didn't make the connection between GIC/SFA and IATV and push our stock up on the digital set to box news.

Do you understand why GIC was up huge today on no news?

Obviously. But I also understand that this stock goes down when the company releases news, and lost what, 20% of stock price since March 31. Also, there are so many interactive companies out there right now, that IATV doesn't always get mentioned in press releases regarding interactivity.

If someone chooses to write an article saying "Interactive Sports big hit in Britain," they could do one of two things. They could say "hey, and to those of you waiting for this in the states, IATV has been developing...." or they could say "there are many interactive companies in the US as well. Wink is doing... and then WGAT is doing... and while it's not interactive per se, there is TiVo/Replay, and... and..." and just not mention IATV.

Those who are "in the know" already know that BSkyB is about to release their interactive app. Those "in the know" already know the status of IATV/Fox Sports. Those "in the know" may also be hacked off at Samuels for saying "ignore day to day price movements while I sell millions of dollars in stock".

So, I'm not relying on those "in the know" to do anything regardles of what happens in Britain, because they've already done what they're going to do. The only thing that will make a real impact on stock price at this point would be for them to give us a definite roll out date. I noticed that their press release with earnings didn't address when Fox Sports will roll out. I'll check Edgar on Monday (wasn't up yesterday) for their quarterly filing since that will have more details. I just want a calendar date. Not "4Q" not "3Q" but 11/21/99 or something like that.
