This does exist now in a way, but QoS is beyond the last mile current capability. QoS potential ends at the headend. ATHM's network doesn't have the ability to support it even to there. It barely has the ability to support existing demand at uniform throughput on the trunk. You can't being to talk about QoS until basic service demand inflects and technology affords it.
