Cheeky, the cliche' "If it ain't broke don't fix it" is very unwise. Everything can be improved, your personal life, home life, social life, working life and even your computer. <vbg>

That simple term (spoken and re-spoken by American managers) caused hundreds of corporation in the 70's to lay off workers and give up market share to Japanese industries. The fact that "Kaisen" (continuous improvement) is now a normal part of most business's way of life, has been a positive transformation, which has had tremendous effects on American productivity, and quality.
