I voted Libertarian in 92, was vacillating between the Libertarians and US Taxpayers in 96, wound up voting for Dole.

I'm not convinced the Libertarians will ever break the 1-2% range in votes. What year did that billionaire run? That year they fared somewhat better. As long as the Randian/anarchist wing continues to write the platform the party is pretty much confined to being a debating club, albeit a fun one.
