Run from that private placement! My ex asked me to take a quick look at this POS, so I did. They're trying to sell unregistered securities to little old ladies in Seattle now, and tried hard to pull her in. They are apparently offering shares at $2.25, considerably under the current market price. But the shares would be restricted from trading for one year. In the mean time, the insiders are selling as fast as they can: 21 insider sales, and *zero* purchases: biz.yahoo.com The stock has no filings with the SEC showing up on Yahoo. Can anybody tell us how many shares are outstanding? What are the revenue and earnings figures for the last few years? How much cash is in the bank? How many shares are currently being offered unregistered? How many shares offered that way up to now? When is the SEC going to shut this place down? How many shares are owned by insiders? What other lines of business have the insiders been involved in? What is going on with this stock? Quick inspection suggests that this is a scam stock. People buying this stock are either going to lose money, or are going to sell their stock to someone even stupider, who will then lose money for them. Since I'm not a paid stock basher (yet), I will refer to the official thread: techstocks.com Scam! Scam! Scam! The above post, is, of course, only my opinion. -- Carl
