abandoning the beta now isn't an outrageous course of action. as i've said before, it's better to be embarrassed at the dock than to sink at sea.

I'm sorry. I could see the point of those who said they wanted to keep the old site around because they've become accustomed to it. I cannot see the point of saying that everyone should be subjected to the old site.

I too am frustrated by the too-frequent bugs in the new site, but the notion of dumping it for the ugly and awkward old site not a good fix.
