Henry, there is a huge difference between TWA, Harley and others who have made it out of BK. The difference is that most companies that have came through BK successfully at one time were successful, profitable companies. IRID's problem is they have been doomed for BK from the beginning. Terms for the recent financing deal called for over 52K subscribes, and current reality is only a bit over 10k...I think all hope has been lost.. I really feel for the long shareholders who were dooped by management, all the while they were receiving their paycheck... What a great country... Regards.
