Are you not saying then that what is needed is a commitment to open access? A commitment real enough with a hard enough that @home takes it seriously and plans for it now? I believe in essense this is the tactic being put forward in Canada. They have decided that open access will happen and are actively working on working out how. Hopefully this will inspire the MSO's in the US to think along the same lines. Eric
