Just order a "simple cremation" and specify a cardboard coffin (since it will be burned up anyway). That should run well under $1,000 (which is, of course, extravagant given the actual labor and energy consumption, but some things we just don't bargain over), and you can provide your own vase (urn, if you will) for the ashes. Capacity should be about a litre or a quart and a half--otherwise you may wind up as a friend of mine did calling for damp paper towels to clean up part of her mother.
