Matt, don't let Frank Goelo dissuade your interest, if you had any in DCHT. The technology they are commercializing was bought and paid for by US taxpayers to the tune of tens of million in research and development costs, that the US Dept. of Energy wants to see on the market, and soon.
You are doing all who read your thread a tremendous disservice by listening to Francois on this one. He is burned because he lost on an ill timed buy, and worse, he will be embarassed by publicly declaring his sale price; which once exceeded will reduce his rants to sour grapes.
See the latest accomplishments of DCHT below, and don't be dissuaded by rantings that I had used aliases on SI prior to becoming a paid player; (feb 7 - July 30, 1999) he is just jealous, and I always kept to the law; something our tax evading Francois Goelo cannot claim,

DCH Awarded Fuel Cell Contract By NPS
On July 19, 1999, Northwest Power Systems (NPS) announced it had selected DCH Technology to provide a 3kilowatt fuel cell based on an advanced design, which was invented at Los Alamos National Laboratory. NPS is a company that builds gas reformers and has garnered the confidence of the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) of the DoE that it could deliver an integrated home energy system based on PEM fuel cell technology. This contract is viewed as a test of market readiness for PEM fuel cell equipment. NPS and BPA will evaluate the DCH equipment and if testing is completed satisfactorily then a large production order may be negotiated.
Cooperative Research Project Receive Good Evaluations
In May DCH participated in the annual technical peer review meetings with the U.S. Department of Energy (DoE). DCH has three active projects currently being supported by the DoE-Hydrogen Program: the fuel cell with Los Alamos National Laboratory, the fiber optic hydrogen sensor with National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the thick film sensor with Oak Ridge National Laboratory. All three projects received good evaluations from the impartial panel and all are progressing in accordance with approved plans.
Idaho National Engineering Laboratory CRADA Signed
DCH and Idaho National Engineering Laboratory have started a new cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) for the purpose of integrating the PEM fuel cell with a new hydrogen gas production technology and demonstrating the utility of the system. The hydrogen gas supply for fuel cell implementations is a critical component in building a competitive fuel infrastructure. The CRADA is approved by the DoE's Hydrogen Program and will be peer reviewed annually.
Form 10SB Submitted to the Securities Exchange Commission
On August 6, 1999, DCH submitted its application to become fully reporting to the SEC. The administrative, legal and accounting costs to support the research, audits, reviews and preparation exceeded $100,000. DCH is pleased to have reached this milestone and anticipates that receiving SEC approval may be helpful in further efforts to build the shareholder base.
UNLV Selects DCH For Safety On Hydrogen Bus In Las Vegas
The University of Nevada - Las Vegas is building a hydrogen-powered bus as part of a DoE demonstration project. DCH is assisting UNLV and DoE with both a safety study and a H2 sensor installation on-board the vehicle to provide safety & road-worthiness.
