DCH management decided to take this step as part of the total preparation for handling increased inquiries from many different groups which will result from the submittal of the Form 10 to the SEC. However, IMO, DCHT, since the release of its 10SB and subsequent events has become a GREAT SHORTING OPPORTUNITY and I expect the stock to trade below 25 cents in the medium term. I will issue a full report shortly detailing my reasons which will be posted on the various shorting threads on SI and RB... F.
