No Scot. I understand that as of 8/12/99, Pacific Stock Transfer Company had not yet started the conversion, apparently waiting for more information from WWWC. Also, there are still some shareholders who have not received their conversion letters. When I last spoke with Peter Michaels on the phone a couple weeks ago, he said he would be coming out with a newsletter soon in which he would request our e-mail addresses so he could communicate with the shareholders much more frequently by mass emailings. That was my suggestion to him some time ago. He said he thought that was a great idea! But I haven't seen any such newsletter so far. I have heard nothing further to confirm that the converted NWDP.COM shares may be freely tradeable. Bob
