Well Tim Hall has stuck his experise out on the permits and all.

Tim Hall has stated there are no permits and licenses. Ok on the Santa Maria some are as follows:

Some of the Santa Maria Mine Permits/Licenses:

1.) Arizona Dept. of Water Resources Operation Division. # 33-94841 for appropriation of water. Application of Public Water Rights Cert # 94841-0000 in Tom Mills name assigned to SMMC for the mill at the Santa Maria River Projection.
2.) Arizona Dept. of Water Resources Operation Division. # 55-8051381 For Carl Olsen for the mining and milling of the Santa Maria mine.
3.) Arizona Dept. Of Environmental Protection … Ground Water Quality Protection Permit. # G-0077-13 Larry McMillian
4.) Arizona Dept. of Trans. / Fuel Use License # 0905820 Santa Maria Mining

And there are more permits and licenses but this is enough to prove they have the permits and licenses and whatever. These alone are about 200 pages of documentation.

So you want me to follow a man that convenient twists information though he knows all the names and so forth ... Yeah right. Plus he is touting his experitse and posting on line while on compnay time and has in his profile of SI identified the company which can be traced back though public records such as Dunn and Bradstreet.

I am not sure what or why over the course of this year this mounting naysay agenda has happened or happening just because they are going to test the HGP. I want to know if the slamers are affiliated or associated with shorters or have an interest in the non successful testing of the HGP. If the HGP proves to be succesful is that a conflict for the people posting. But I am working on it because I think the shareholders and new shareholders of Orex and HABE deserve the right to know if there is a situation that is the underlying motive for this structured and organized naysay.

I am patient man ... the truth comes out sooner or later.
