My .02 1. When I joined SI I don't recall them promising to maintain the same format eternally. (In retrospect maybe I should have tried to get that in writing). 2. Given that fact they (IMO) are not obligated to maintain said format (although I personally would appreciate it). 3. What they are obligated to do IMO is have a format whereby they (SI) using a "good faith best effort" provide a means with which members can reliably comunicate with other members. I am gravely concerned with these reports of messages that people have to try to post multiple times before success is achieved. That either should have been fixed rapidly or a PM sent to every user informing them of the problem (along with the PM's getting trashed). 4. I am very encouraged that SI is listening to our responses (and acting on them !) however I do think that there has got to be a way whereby we all can be kept abreast of major growing pains and successes . I got a bulk PM when they started Beta so I know the technology exists. 5. Let me thank in advance the attention and efforts of the unnamed Beta fixer person(s) (BFP) and the ever popular always successful Classic fixer person(s) (CFP). Happy trading A Classy user Rob
