Absolutely correct O.H.! And, a gamble that will fair miserably, and cost innumerable lives! And, Koskillem will be the most visible head to put on a pike, while the plotters, aka Klinton and his ilk will get off scot-free while the Koskillems and dept and agency heads will be the scapegoat victims!
