Whoop-de-do! A new spin doctor.
Maybe he would like to address the following:
Are insiders going to quit habitually re-pricing options?
Is he going to send out investor info. that has basic info such as the number of shares outstanding and fully diluted? Will a complete list of options with amounts, grant date, exercise price and expiry dates be included? Will similar info be provided on any warrants and debentures, etc? Will they quit putting out garbage news releases that talk about great increases in revenue but just don't happen to mention the revenue per share because the number of shares went up so much?
Like I've said before, this could be a good stock. However, the small cap field is full of companies that could be good stocks. Most never pan out in the long term because of garbage like I mentioned above. If the company wants to be taken seriously, maybe the new spin doctor's first task should be to try to generate a company that acts with integrity -- not just another Vancouver wonder.
Heres hoping,
Ben
