Zeev, Nippon Steel sold its fabs to the UNC and converted
them to foundries. I think its management decided to get
smart and got out of the DRAM rat race.

As for Komatsu, first thing to jump out is they are big in
the wafers business, but after poking around, they seem to be
all over the map, check out their electronic div at
komatsu.com
