James you ask for proof yet that is impossible for anything in the bible. There is no way to prove except to witness. Until you experience the second coming there is no proof. I can agree with your interpretation as being in their lifetime. When you do experience the second coming you will find Christ is not Jesus as the bible teaches. The kingdom is within and you of all people know you are constantly reminded by Paul of the fact. Seeking the kingdom through Jesus is futile and if you seek within you will find Christ in you. If you would know Christ then "Know Thyself."
