Have you been noticing a new and more aggressive stance on the part of Japan--and not merely in words? Such as its chasing the North Koreans back, letting them get away for lack of orders to the contrary, and stating quite clearly that any future incursions would be considered territorial violation and dealt with accordingly? N.B., there was not a murmur of protest from the U.S.
