John: Re LUMM, and competition to JDSU. There is no full scale competition to JDSU in my opinion. The closest is SDLI (which I also own and respect) but even SDLI is much smaller and much narrower in scope that JDSU after the merger of UNPH and JDS Fitel. JDSU can put together modules of active and passive fiberoptics equipment components in the future. No other company is in a position to do that and will IMO be a major advantage which JDSU has in the explosive growth of fiberoptics over the next several years. LUMM is new, narrow and may be worth watching. But not a contender to JDSU now. Again just my observation. Chaz
