Bearcub, would you please define what 'spot shortage' concerns you have heard the 'government' mention its concerns over? and where such concerned mentions took place? and who uttered said concerned utterances? I was quoting John Koskinen from his interview with y2ktoday.com. (q.v.) Clearly the government is concerned with shortages of cash. O. H.
