If you don't know , who Adam Smith is , you should not call him pathetic ,he is well known in investment as an economist . I agree though , that he doesn't know latest technology - as many of his generation do not - and should not comment on it. But its hard not to , if this commenting is your job. Give them some leeway , tell them they shouldn't, they are wrong etc , but if you don't know him then you are lacking info too. Wal.
