You seem to have missed it alltogether. OK, there are two points here: 1) IF I lose all of my investment, based on the wrongdoing of Cataldo or Hadid, I will regain it back by piercing the corporate veil and going after them personally in a class action suit. There is more than enough money in Hadid's watch pocket to cover the real and punitive damages. Thus, I am not worried for a minuite that either of them will scam me. They have a lot more to lose than I do.

2) Anyone can log onto Yahoo or RB and claim anything they wish. You, for some reason, seem to believe that if a person does not make a public statement denying these anonymous allegations, that it is the same as an admission of guilt. I disagree. Were that the case, the whole news-wire business would churn to a halt with the denials clogging the system. You know as well as anyone that is just pure foolishness. If YOU can PROVE (Perhaps a written memo from the registrar specifically discussing Cataldo by name confirming or denying the degree?) that these allegations are true, then maybe I will give you some credibility, but the way I see it, here is your case:

A) Anonymous posters (possibly even the same person with multiple psuedonyms?) on a free and relatively unaccountable internet service have made an unsubstantiated accusation.

B) The person accused has failed to come forward and deny these allegations.

C) You argue that because of this silence, he must be guilty.

Did I miss anything? I sure am glad you are not a prosecutor ... or should that be persecutor?

Now then, lets assume that the allegation is true. What is the remedy? Would you like to see him removed from office? Would you like to see people sell their shares in fear? What, exactly, would you do to solve this problem? Perhaps some mark on his person so that he can "wear the stain of shame"?
