Where did you hear this? I could definitely go for a bidding war, but in today's envirnonment, we're not going to get as much as we could have back last Fall! I agree that other players are going to bid for CSCC. But, what price are they going to pay? Short term, this deal sucks. Long term, we've got a winner here! What's your time horizon? Only twice have I owned stock of an acquired company. The first time, I actually had a sell limit order on the stock prior to knowing of the buy out and lost out on a great deal (NCNB buyout of C&S, now NationsBank). The second time, now, the stock goes DOWN! You just can't win in this market !!!!! BUY LOW....HOLD....SELL HIGH! CSCC is a prime example of that motto!
