Thanks, I agree with your analysis and I'll keep an eye on it. I'm quite wary given the cloudy picture for the market in the next quarter or so (inflation and rates), as such I'm being quite picky with my longs (don't want any dissapointments). That said MALL would look good in the next wave of panic selling that occurs (selling at book with almost 1/2 in cash makes it look pretty safe). Best Regards, Mad2
