Two windows ...

I don't feel comfortable that I understand your question. I'll assume that what you're trying to do is view two open windows, but the window with the 'focus' is covering part of the unused window.

Put your mouse pointer on an unused portion of your task bar and right click. You'll get a menu giving you the choice of cascaded windows, horizontal, or vertical tiled. I think you now have cascaded and would prefer tiled. Try each to determine the look you want.

If you revert to cascaded windows, you may need to re-adjust their sizes.
