At the time, an IPO spin-off was suggested for Q3/Q4... however, I suspect that those plans were shelved in favor of a name change to USABanc.com and a secondary offering, which is probably a much cheaper alternative - saving the money for marketing.

Many new highs to come, but I'm sure it will come with volatility too. Strong-hands will be handsomely rewarded - this company will grow tremendously over the next 6-12 months.
