mmk divergences occur when indicators begin setting up "higher lows" while price continues to fall. it is considered a bullish situation. again, they're short term outlooks only becuz that's all the chart history provides for. the 3day bb's are one that doug teaches at his seminar, no particular reason, other than its part of the arsenal i look at.the pinched appearance can at times result in a highly technical term i bleev he phrased as "the watermelon seed effect", lol! i think volume is really the key to such an effect, i've seen boring mkts just stay pinched mainly due to lack of volume, while on the other hand in others an almost immediate response. milesov
