Greenfield Online surveyed 3000 web users and found: Q1 99 - 86% shopped online; 74% bought something Q2 99 - 83% shopped online; 71% bought something Part of the drop in both shopping and buying is thought to be seasonal. But the researchers do no think that accounted for it completely. Till now, the survey had resulted in 4 consectutive qtrs of shopping increases. Victor
