Toni,

You're actually testing the limits of my knowledge here. I can bluff pretty good, can't I?

As far as I know the AFE is usually only issued when all well participants have at least verbally indicated their willingness and readiness to drill the well, and the AFE starts a process going where the money is raised and steps are taken toward getting the well spudded in short order.

Until the AFE is issued there is nothing concrete to go by on when a well will get spudded.

BTW, I view it to be very positive that there is one big investor that took down over half of that private placement. Somebody plunking down $2.9 mm is not in this game for a 50% return. Those types usually go in for the long haul and are looking for several multiples over their investment.

So we can rest assured that there should not be a lot of profit-taking when those shares get registered, even if the stock is up to $1.50 by then.

Will be interesting to see if they choose to put out a news release on 2Q or just slide it under the door and just file the 10QSB with the SEC, like they did last quarter.
