P.S. If anyone want to know what a joke SEC enforcement is, I recommend the following: sec.gov

In a nutshell as I read it: KANA officials use fraudulent means to sell their company's stock; SEC fines them $25,000 and gets them to promise they won't do it again, with no admission of guilt from the KANA officers involved. That's it?

I hope that there's more than meets the eye here. Opinions and expert analysis welcome.
