To Ari & Jack:

I applaud you and thank you on your efforts in this area, and would be more than willing to sign and fax any required documents to you.

Although I totally agree with the outrage over the repricing of options, I would like to play Devil's Advocate for a moment. What is your opinion of the effect on Pyng if repricing of options does NOT occur? For example, does it mean that key members of the company may decide to leave, and leave the company in a more vulnerable position? Does it mean that larger salaries will instead have to be paid to employees, thereby jeopardizing the cash flow situation in the company?

I ask this question because I do not know the answer, and think that it's always better to know what the alternative is ahead of time, if possible.
