I called the Co. a while back and they "didn't have any records" of homes built and potential liability for warrantee work & suits on them. This is strange. I also called Centex in Texas and they were equally unhelpful in providing information on this contingent liability, which if you read the 10-Q is reserved at $5.2 mil but theoretically unlimited. I know at least one development is on low land. For this reason I've not bought in. The contingent liability is a potentially major impairment to the value of this stock.
