Re: Company Guidance You are probably right about this but even if this is a fluff piece paid for by the company, you would have to think that it should contain some elements of truth in it, especially in terms of revenues and earnings. It is the first statement from anyone mentioning what revenues and earnings for the new merged company will be. If this part wasn't true, you would think that they would be opening themselves up to a shareholder lawsuit. Those are valid points. We should not have long to wait. I believe 2Q numbers are due... right about now! Proton
