Kerm Thank you for your reply. I've had the night to sleep on it and I find some of the aspects of the take over offer questionable. Why are they only paying 5% above SUA's highest price last month of .90cdn? Why has Sunalta not reported their 1st quarter earnings, the quarter ended March 31? I've been waiting for the report, with higher gas prices and Sunalta's rescent discoveries it should have been good. A price of .94 gives a PE ratio of only 7, a very cheap price. Of course as an investor, I would like to see the highest price possible and I might be dreaming in techno-colour. Monday should be interesting the share price should rise. What ever the result I can thank Canada Newswire. Had to get that off my chest. Thanks for reading. John
