Information Center: What is meant by your statement "Mercia states in the interview that he is under nondisclosure". Can you explain what it means. This Free Internet crowd in the UK, called X-Stream (XSNI) was under a "Quiet Period" back a few months ago (no talking about the company). I wonder is this much the same thing, and is it common.
