I think Jack would be better suited to answer this question but here is my opinion:

Mr Jacobs with his few million escrowed shares won't be willing to jump ship quite wet.

As to Judy and David, a reasonable salary (100 000 - 150 000) + incentive options should more than satisfy them.

Is everyone willing to sacrifice a few hundred thousand per year in order to avoid another options repricing?
