Paul Henry told me in a phone conversation on 8/2/99 (and duly reported to this thread) that the second registration (the 40 million share one)was done for the following purposes: a) allows the rest of the original PP to be converted; b) avoids penalties due to failure to register shares; c) registers shares in case a small draw is necessary before the new financing is done. The balance of the shares will be cancelled when the new financing is done. According to Henry, the new financing is at a fixed price above the market and there will be a holding period. Although this info is 2 weeks old, it is still valid to the best of my knowledge. Regards, Suzanne
