They announced they are going to spin-off artup.com in an IPO in order to raise 40 million. The company has said it can run artup.com with the full business plan for the next 12 months.

You are right though, cash is king. That is why DBPG is so high on artup.com, it is the next generation of Internet stocks. The model will change to high revenues and high profits.
