This opinion is simply we are in no position to say what is right or wrong. We are not behind the scenes...we have no idea what is best for this company because without first hand knowledge of all happenings, we cannot asses a fair judgement.

You say that you are the master of your fate, then you write this. By writing this, you abdicate your responsibility as a shareholder. This isn't a game of blackjack, where you have no idea what the next card will be. If there is a rational justification for the deal, the valuations of the respective properties and the share ratios, then it is incumbent on seek to provide its shareholders with all material information. This isn't a gift; it's their duty by law. And they have no done so. None of the announcements have provided a rational basis for this deal, which is where this animosity toward the deal comes from.

This is NOT a personal opinion. This is the result of crunching the numbers. One plus one equals two, no matter what your personal opinion is. And as shareholders, it is our DUTY to oversee management's handling or OUR investment. The minute we allow management to give OUR investment away, we have allowed others to decide what becomes of OUR investment.

And yes, I remain a shareholder of seek, though an unhappy one. The reason I don't simply sell is that I am most dissatisfied with the share price I would receive should I sell now. Why would I sell MY investment for less than it is worth? I demand that management, who works for ME, to do its job and increase that shareprice of MY stock to what I believe it should be. They don't decide for me when I should sell. I, and I alone, decide when to sell and at what price.
