Well.... stock value is whats in it, to the tune of 25 million tops. Shamrock has a swap option and formula gains a large investor which ever way theywant it. My take is that Shamrock could choose their best subsidiary, in my opinion currently MGIC, and play with an exit out about 27 months from now. Tis great for formula as they have an investor for at least 27 months + ? any other opinions out there as I could be all wet here? good luck
