$309 Million........

There is nothing in stone about the $309 million figure which LG claims is owed to them by Zenith.

In bankruptcy court, each of LG's transactions with Zenith, hopefully, will be closely examined to determine the "fairness" of the value of the transaction. For example, did Zenith receive "fair" compensation from LG for turning over all its international distribution rights? There are literally hundreds of similar type of cross transactions requiring independent valuation.

The bottom line is that LG may owe more to Zenith than the other way around. Let the judge decide.
