I have accounts at two Smith Barney offices, in different cities. I asked for as many shares as I could get from both of them, speaking directly with the guy in each office who handles IPOs. Of course, neither promised anything, knowing nothing (this the day of the announcement), but at least I got at the top of the list. Haha, means nil, but you have to try.
