RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Hitsgalore.com, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: HITT) has announced that the Company is still in discussions with potential auditors.
Hitsgalore.com CEO Steve Bradford said, "We are anxious to finalize an engagement with new auditors, and we especially look forward to the assistance our new auditing firm will provide us in meeting all the requirements for a Nasdaq/Amex listing."
The Company also announced that it is filing Form 12b-25, and intends to file its Form 10-Q for the second quarter by Monday, August 23, 1999. "When we file the quarterly report we expect to affirm that Hitsgalore.com is a profitable internet company, and there will be no material difference from earlier announcements of net sales revenues of around $1.2 million for the 2nd Quarter," said Bradford.
According to Bradford, "The Company is also excited about several new developments. A new Portal Service that we think is very appealing is nearly ready, and we should be able to announce additional details this coming week. We are also pleased that the Life Foundation Trust, meanwhile, continues to assure management that it supports the Company."
