Synergy, I can see a tremendous potential synergy between the 2 companys. The internet is expanding rapidly and we will soon be able to watch what ever programming we desire on-demand. MVEE provides the content that EINI will deliver the that content on-demand to your home. This is what I see EINI bringing to the mix, so I am somewhat happy about this marriage. Id be alot happier if the stock swap was at a 7 to 1 ratio though.
