Telecomm Industries Corp. Signs Definitive Agreement with Aye.net
NAPERVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 1999--Telecomm Industries Corp. (OTC BB:TCMM - news) announced today that it has executed a definitive agreement with Aye.net. The document memorializes the agreement reached to merge Aye.net into the Company's Subsidiary, NetVision.Com. Aye.net currently provides Internet service to approximately two thousand three hundred (2,300) Internet subscribers in Louisville, Kentucky and the surrounding areas.

Telecomm Industries President and CEO Paul Satterthwaite commented, ``We are pleased to have reached this definitive agreement with Aye.net.
