OH! Mister Bill,What if the REFR longs ALL call their brokers and request their stock registered (out of street name) and there is NO stock ot borrow ,AND what do WE do Mr.Bill when the stock keeps going up and you can't cover..........Why mr.bill .....WE laugh all the way to the bank......
