Richard,

If this deal goes through, ORXX will have some small Uranium/Vanadium mines in Utah and Colorado. However, they do not have a mill or a market. There is a mill in the vicinity that belongs to International Uranium. If the price goes up they might be able to sell ore to IU. However, IU does have their own mines in the area also. They have yet to announce any reserves or grade with respect to these mines.

They will also have some old gold mines in Arizona and from one report I have seen, they have maybe 5000 tons of ore that averages between .33 and .5 oz per ton. There is potential for more ore in the area but it is in the form of quartz veins that will entail expensive underground mining. They claim to have contracts with Phelps Dodge to sell their Silica tails but even if they do have these contracts they are worthless. Phelps Dodge has permanently closed all of their copper smelters in Arizona.

If there is a technology play here at all it is with Haber. If this test at their Santa Maria Gold Mine works and proves Haber technology then Haber will be the winner. From the information posted so far, I can't see where this company has enough reserves to really take advantage of Haber's technology if it works.
