Banyan Announces Shareholder Conference Call
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 1999--Banyan Corporation (OTC BB:BANYE - news) cordially invites all shareholders, financial analysts, stockbrokers, market makers and other interested parties to participate in a telephone conference call to review second quarter results and recent business developments.

The conference call will be hosted by Cameron Yost, Banyan's president and chief executive officer. Second quarter results will be released prior to the conference call on Thursday. Details are as follows:
