It also means they did focus groups on customers and found out that they had a no-sale without the AOL "HOOK". Now, their problem is, how do they get the aol customers to switch? Will they run it like long distance, $25.00 sign up, lower price? All they have is speed. If you remove AOL (content + Community) from the equation then all they have is fast connectivity.
